Leading Gracefully: A Woman's Retreat in Italy

June 2-6, 2017

Montefiore dell'Aso, Le Marche Italy

A Retreat for Women

Based on the book, Leading Gracefully by Monique Tallon, we will explore what it means to be a leader in your life and in your career through getting in touch with your feminine.

How can you find balance in your style as a leader, to be more true and authentic to yourself while still being effective?

How can you leverage vulnerability as a strength and fully trust your intuition in the decisions you make?

How can you connect with your inner wisdom and get rid of your "inner bully" to have more confidence?

How can you use your feminine power to manifest your highest potential and desires?

Over the course of the week you will really get to know your ‘self’ more, observe what drives you and what is truly behind the choices that you are currently making for yourself.

Experience the deep power that comes with being authentically connected to yourself, your choices, the people around you and the world you live in.

Set in a stunning valley in the region of Le Marche, Italy in an Eco-Chic hideaway, with it’s log burning open fires, outdoor pizza ovens, delicious home cooked traditional Italian food fresh from the garden served with organic wine from their vineyards, is a perfect way to relax, reflect, connect and to just be!

With a combination of daily workshops, group discussions, personal ‘time out’ and one-on-one work, this refreshing retreat is focused on exploring the BIG questions that you feel you should be asking yourself and how to connect to the ‘real’ answers within.

By the end of the week you will leave feeling calmer, more rested, clearer and fully connected to what it truly means to create and live an inspired and graceful life
